NCAA Champ Glazer to Coach Storm

Jessica Glazer, Assistant Coach at Mary Washington, has joined the staff of STORM girls lacrosse travel teams.

“STORM is thrilled to have Jessica on staff.  Jessica brings to our players experience of having played and participated in the highest levels of high school & college play at Mt. Hebron and Salisbury University” states Sue Murphy, President of New World Sports.

A 2010 graduate of Salisbury University, Glazer was a two-year captain at Salisbury, where in her senior season she led the Sea Gulls to the NCAA Division III National Championship.

Glazer was a member of four CAC Championship teams, she appeared in four NCAA Tournaments, reaching the final four in each of her four campaigns.  She served as an assistant coach for Salisbury in Spring 2011, as the Sea Gulls captured the CAC title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.

Glazer is a native of Ellicott City, Md where she played at Mt. Hebron High School.

“Jessica is energetic and eager to give back to the student-athlete what she has gained as an athlete over her tenure playing.  Jessica’s experience and mentoring from highly respected coaches will surely bring to our players a wealth of lacrosse background.  We are certainly excited to have Jessica on staff and establish a Division III presence for our program” affirms Murphy.
